Bedroom layout: Lower level — 2 master bedrooms each with king beds; living room with pullout queen sofa bed. Upper level — bedroom with queen bed; bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (twin on top, double on bottom).
Free parking and step out onto the quiet private beach at 1325 W Beach Blvd. Close to Gulf Shores restaurants, tourist activities including mini golf, go-kart racing, shopping, and fishing charters — about 5 minutes from The Hangout. Fully stocked for families (porta crib, highchair, safety gates, kids dishes, beach towels, outdoor grill with picnic bench). Pets welcome with prior approval; owners clean up after pets. Weddings and events are not permitted. Check-in 4:00 PM / check-out 10:00 AM.

We had a wonderful time at Sarah’s beach house. Great location, easy to get to and close all the popular spots. Lovely beach house, great pool and beach is just a short walk. Sarah was quick with responding to my questions and made our stay great. Would highly recommend to anyone. Samantha

- Maximum occupancy: as agreed at booking. No additional overnight guests without prior written approval from the Owner.
- No smoking inside the property. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas, if any.
- No parties or events without prior written approval from the Owner.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors and surrounding wildlife.
- Pets: permitted only when explicitly approved at booking. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
- Pool, hot tub, and outdoor amenities: use at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Trash and recycling: follow the instructions left at the property.
- Departure: please leave the property in the condition in which you found it. Excessive cleaning beyond standard turnover may be charged against the damage deposit.
