Beachfront Duplex in Gulf Shores at 1325 W Beach Blvd — both sides of Dolphin View (A + B) rented together for larger groups. Private beach access, heated pool (option to heat), and space for up to 24 guests across 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
Bed inventory (OwnerRez / listing layout):
- Side A — Lower: 2 king masters; living-room queen pullout sofa. Upper: 1 queen bedroom; 1 bunk bedroom with 2 bunk sets (twin over double).
- Side B — Lower: 2 king masters; living-area queen pull-out sofa. Upper: 1 bedroom with 2 twins; 1 bunk bedroom (full + twin).
Enjoy Gulf views from both decks, free parking, and a quiet beachside setting close to restaurants, mini golf, go-karts, shopping, and fishing charters. Ideal when your group needs the full duplex rather than a single side. Summer stays are Saturday–Saturday. Pets welcome with prior approval. Check-in 4:00 PM / check-out 10:00 AM.

We had a wonderful time at Sarah’s beach house. Great location, easy to get to and close all the popular spots. Lovely beach house, great pool and beach is just a short walk. Sarah was quick with responding to my questions and made our stay great. Would highly recommend to anyone. Samantha

Loved the location. We were in town for a baseball tournament, and the location was perfect for easy trip to the fields and getting to the beach as fast as possible after.

- Maximum occupancy: as agreed at booking. No additional overnight guests without prior written approval from the Owner.
- No smoking inside the property. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas, if any.
- No parties or events without prior written approval from the Owner.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors and surrounding wildlife.
- Pets: permitted only when explicitly approved at booking. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
- Pool, hot tub, and outdoor amenities: use at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Trash and recycling: follow the instructions left at the property.
- Departure: please leave the property in the condition in which you found it. Excessive cleaning beyond standard turnover may be charged against the damage deposit.
