This luxury retreat will surpass any cabin you will find in the Smokies. Private Smoky Mountain estate with expansive views, seasonal outdoor pool, indoor rock wall, theater room, arcade games, year-round hot tub, elevator access, outdoor fire pit, and large gathering spaces. Sleeps up to 28 guests across 6 bedrooms (6 full & 2 half bathrooms).
Bedrooms:
- Master bedroom (main level) — king bed, gas fireplace, 72" smart TV, private office with full futon & 32" TV, balcony access, and en suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub, dual-head shower, and bidet.
- 2nd bedroom (main level) — king bed & 32" smart TV.
- 3rd bedroom (upper level) — king bed, queen bed, 2 twin easy beds, & 46" smart TV.
- 4th bedroom (lower level) — 3 twin bunk beds & 40" smart TV.
- 5th bedroom (lower level) — king bed, twin bed with twin trundle, gas fireplace, & 48" smart TV.
- 6th bedroom (lower level) — queen bed, twin bed with twin trundle, 40" smart TV, and access to the screened-in porch.
- Additional sleeping — 2 sleeper sofa beds in the loft; 1 sleeper sofa in the lower-level game room.
Majestica amenities include a private pavilion with outdoor dining, a Blackstone flat-top grill (propane provided), corn hole boards, gated entrance, fully equipped kitchen, wifi, and washer/dryer. No 4WD necessary. Parking accommodates about 8–10 vehicles on the property; RV and trailer parking are not permitted. Guests are responsible for providing their own firewood and Pack n' Play linens. Quiet hours 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. A $1,500 refundable card-hold deposit applies; excessive cleaning beyond standard turnover may be charged against the deposit. No pets.
Check-in 4:00 PM / check-out 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed; please ask and we will do our best based on the cleaning schedule.

- Maximum occupancy: as agreed at booking. No additional overnight guests without prior written approval from the Owner.
- No smoking inside the property. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas, if any.
- No parties or events without prior written approval from the Owner.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors and surrounding wildlife.
- Pets: permitted only when explicitly approved at booking. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
- Pool, hot tub, and outdoor amenities: use at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Trash and recycling: follow the instructions left at the property.
- Departure: please leave the property in the condition in which you found it. Excessive cleaning beyond standard turnover may be charged against the damage deposit.
