Award-winning beachfront condo at The Oasis at Orange Beach (formerly Phoenix West II) with resort amenities and unobstructed Gulf views from every room. Oversized 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath condo (over 2,500 sq ft) sleeping up to 10 guests. Primary booker must be age 21 or older; children are welcome.
Resort amenities include outdoor pool, lazy river and slide, indoor pool with hot tubs, kids splash pad, Oasis Bar & Grill, boardwalk to the beach, tennis/basketball/pickleball, putting green, arcade, and fitness center. Guests register with the HOA and purchase parking passes at the Oasis front desk — instructions are included in your Avara Stays check-in email. Onsite Oasis security enforces parking permits, no-smoking rules, and balcony policies. No pets. Check-in 4:00 PM / check-out 10:00 AM.

House Rules
- Maximum occupancy: as agreed at booking. No additional overnight guests without prior written approval from the Owner.
- No smoking inside the property. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas, if any.
- No parties or events without prior written approval from the Owner.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors and surrounding wildlife.
- Pets: permitted only when explicitly approved at booking. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
- Pool, hot tub, and outdoor amenities: use at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Trash and recycling: follow the instructions left at the property.
- Departure: please leave the property in the condition in which you found it. Excessive cleaning beyond standard turnover may be charged against the damage deposit.
Cancellation Policy
