Luxury cabin in The Summit on Bluff Mountain near Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge with spectacular multilayer Smoky Mountain views. Six bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and about 5,500 square feet across three levels welcome up to 22 guests.
Enjoy the private 18-foot indoor swim spa kept at about 95°F, or retreat to the master bedroom’s private balcony for a soak in the cabin’s one private hot tub for two. A 12-seat movie theater, pool table, air hockey, arcade games, EV charging, and covered decks bring everyone together after a day exploring. Four king beds plus bunk and sofa-bed sleeping spaces give your group room to settle in. Gather for meals, enjoy the ever-changing mountain light, and make this your home base for Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
Parking accommodates 4 to 5 vehicles; trailers and street/roadside parking are not permitted. No pets. Check-in 4:00 PM / check-out 10:00 AM.

We recently stayed at Splashing at the Bluff during our fall break and it was a wonderful vacation for our family. The home is spacious and clean with plenty of amenities. The game room and pool were a big hit with our kids. The views were stunning and we even got to see bears one night which was a highlight of our trip. We would definitely come back in the future. Thank you for an amazing stay!

- Maximum occupancy: as agreed at booking. No additional overnight guests without prior written approval from the Owner.
- No smoking inside the property. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas, if any.
- No parties or events without prior written approval from the Owner.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors and surrounding wildlife.
- Pets: permitted only when explicitly approved at booking. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
- Pool, hot tub, and outdoor amenities: use at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Trash and recycling: follow the instructions left at the property.
- Departure: please leave the property in the condition in which you found it. Excessive cleaning beyond standard turnover may be charged against the damage deposit.
