Premier Smoky Mountain lodge for weddings, retreats, reunions, and family getaways with panoramic mountain views, a large outdoor hot tub, luxury movie theater, multiple arcades, commercial air hockey, pool table, and gathering spaces across three levels. About 7,500 square feet; sleeps up to 30 guests. Parking accommodates up to about 10 vehicles.
Bedroom layout:
- Bottom level — luxury movie theater; two bedrooms (one queen; one with two full-over-queen bunk beds); one queen sleeper in the main room; two bathrooms with shower/tubs; large great-room media/game space; kitchen with island bar; pool table, arcades, commercial air hockey; laundry with four washer/dryers; outdoor hot tub and barbecue smoker grill access.
- Middle level — four king bedroom suites with private baths attached; main kitchen with tables seating about 12 and 4; fireplace living area with sofa, love seat, chair, and ottoman.
- Upper level — four king bedrooms with two shared baths (baths between bedrooms off the hall); large balcony with queen sofa bed and sitting area.
Pets: one dog under 20 lb may be approved in advance for a $195 pet fee — ask before booking. Events and weddings are welcome (seating for about 50 wedding guests, with limited additional standing room); a $1,500 wedding/event fee applies. Check-in 4:00 PM / check-out 10:00 AM.

My extended family enjoyed Thanksgiving week at Tanasi Lodge. The mountain views are stunning. The Lodge is pretty cozy, even though it has ten bedrooms. The younger children loved the gameroom and movie theater and did not want to leave their "mountain" house when the vacation was over. The lodge is located on three levels and the entrance is on the bottom level which was a bit challenging to get our coolers full of food for the week up to the kitchen on the main (2nd) level. There are plenty of things to do in the area and everyday the young people enjoyed being out and about to do some exploring and hiking. Overall, the lodge provided a gathering place, large enough to get almost all of us under one roof and enjoy Thanksgiving together for the first time in several years. Everyone really enjoyed themselves.

- Maximum occupancy: as agreed at booking. No additional overnight guests without prior written approval from the Owner.
- No smoking inside the property. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas, if any.
- No parties or events without prior written approval from the Owner.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors and surrounding wildlife.
- Pets: one dog under 20 lb may be approved in advance for a $195 pet fee — ask before booking. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
- Pool, hot tub, and outdoor amenities: use at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Trash and recycling: follow the instructions left at the property.
- Departure: please leave the property in the condition in which you found it. Excessive cleaning beyond standard turnover may be charged against the damage deposit.
